It is located in the Serranía de la Macarena, one of the most biodiverse places in Colombia. Its five colors, its fauna, its flora, its contrasts, its people and its landscape in general are amazing, as they imbue the spirit with balance. Colombia Oculta has been visiting Caño Cristales for more than 15 years, located in the heart of the Colombian jungle of the Guyana Shield. The river with its crystalline waters invites you to live in peace and harmony with the cosmos. The Serranía de la Macarena has more than 1,592 species of plants, 772 registered species of fauna and is believed to have more than 17 of the 62 types of ecosystems. from the country.

For this reason and because of our love for the territory, Colombia Oculta is in charge of the Madre Selva Forest Reserve💚 with 400 meters of Caño Cristales and 50 hectares, whose purpose is the Conservation of forests. ALL THE TOURS WE MARKET FROM CAÑO CRISTALES ARE TO A GREAT EXTENT FOR THE CONSERVATION PROJECT OF THIS NATURAL RESERVE 🙌🏽🙌🏽 We have been working on this project for 10 years, which has served as an example and motivation for more locals to dedicate themselves to conservation.
